For Student:
1. Students are required to use the matriculation number for the username.
2. Do not forget to enter the matriculation number into the section "student details" as well.

For Lecturer:
1. Lecturers are required to use the combination <first letter of first name> + <surname> for the username e.g. Max Mustermann results in mmustermann. In case that the username already exists, add the next letter from the first name until it works e.g. mamustermann or maxmustermann.
